Here's some important points!

We don't ignore incoming calls. If it goes to answerphone/voicemail then PLEASE leave a message!

I will always endevour to return your call at the first available opportunity and genuinelly value you taking the effort and time to call us in the first instance.

I may be driving, fitting a tricky bathroom carpet, carrying a big roll of carpet up a flight of stairs or even just with my toddler daughter at the park.

Whatever the reason, I promise to get back to you as soon as I can.

If you send an e-mail it comes direct to my phone and I can often reply straight away. I do get lots of comments on how quickly I respond to email enquiries.
